Voxmota does not bill insurance and does not provide superbills for reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

This is a deliberate choice. Insurance billing dictates session length, treatment scope, and what gets prioritized — none of which serve patients well. Cash-pay returns those decisions to the people in the room.

Cancellation policy

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time are charged in full.

What to expect at your first visit

A full hour, one-on-one with Dr. Vegher. We'll discuss your history, walk through specific movement patterns, and complete a comprehensive assessment of your concerns — not just the area that hurts. You'll leave with clarity about what's driving your symptoms and a treatment plan designed for your body and goals.

Wear clothing you can move in. Plenty of free parking onsite.
